We've rounded a few of the questions and issues that normally come up. Hopefully, we've got everything here, but if you need anything else then please just get in touch via contact button which should be on the bottom right side of this page (and every other page). We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours.

How quickly will my products arrive?

We send the same day if ordered before 12pm. Up to 4 Bottles will go by Royal Mail, over 4 bottles will be sent by courier. If your ordered goes by courier you will be emailed a tracking link to check on it's progress. Please note that we only quote working days. So if you order Monday to Thursday before 3pm - then your products will arrive next day. If you order Friday - they will come Monday. And if you order after 12pm on a Friday or over the weekend - our warehouse will pick and send on a Monday for delivery on a Tuesday. (Bank Holiday's aren't working days for our warehouse or couriers)

How much is carriage?

We charge £3.99 for orders up to £30. After that, then it's free

Do you cover all of the UK?

We do, and the same charges apply. The only difference, for more remote parts of the country, is that we might need to offer a two days service. Scottish Highlands for example. Do get in touch to check if your location is a two-day service. 

Do I need a UV lamp?

You do need to cure the product so yes. We sell them on our accessories page - for more information about what you need and how to use the product, then please check out our instruction page.

Do you do discounts for bulk purchase?

We don't normally as we offer our very pricing upfront. However, if you are looking for more than 50 bottles then do drop us a note via the Contact button and let's talk.

Do you do any other products?

We're constantly updating our colours and ranges. Do sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know of new products as they arrive..

Do you offer an MSDS, are you insured?

We are insured, and we have full MSDS. Do get in touch with us for more information.

Where are you based?

We are based in the UK and only sell from stocks in the UK.

How can I get in touch?

The best way to get in touch with us to use the contact form on the bottom right of the site. We do have a phone number, but to keep the overall costs down, the line isn't always manned. You can also email us on support@vicenails.co.uk and we'll respond with 24 hours.

What if I have a problem with the product?

Get in touch with us, and we'll do our best to help resolve it.

What if I want to return the product?

That's fine. Get in touch with us first via the contact button, and we'll issue you a Returns number - this means that the warehouse will know what to do with the products when they arrive back and we can process any refunds or exchanges more quickly.
